If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or credit within the first seven days of receiving the item. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. All items must be returned in origninal condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. If the return is because of a mistake on our part we will pay ALL shipping fees. Personalized items are non-refundable since we can not resell them. If a pen has a factory defect, it MUST be sent back to the manufacturer. This is how they track problems and control quality. This is their policy and the way it should be handled. If there is a problem, e-mail us and let us know. We can't fix a problem if we are not aware of it.
