The Cap is .383 and the barrel is .295 and tapered at the grip and has a gold non-removable pocket clip. The Cap-O-Matic series come with a Medium point Back ink cartridge and uses the standard "SPR" Series Refills and are available in Black, Blue, Red, Green, Purple, Turquoise, Burgundy, Brown, Silver, and UV that is only visible under a black light. The MSRP on this set is $60.00. This refill was developed for NASA and has been used on EVERY Space Shuttle mission both American and Russian. They are hermetically sealed with a specially formulated thixotropic ink and pressurized to about 35 PSI. They are the only refills that will write at any angle because they do not rely on gravity, and have a shelf life of 100 years. The bottom paragraph tells more about the Fisher story.
